XPO Teams

As an XPO Team, youll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.

Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as youll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means youll never have to wait at a customer site.

A typical work week will consist of 4-5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

Driver Team Requirements:

• Be a member of an existing team or have a teammate (co-driver) identified. Both members of the team must apply to this position
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid Class A commercial drivers license
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
• Safe driving record and history
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements
