Open role for San Jose:

Team Lead - $21.63/hour
Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations to ensure optimum performance and 100% guest satisfaction. Resolve guest and associate issues, train associates on brand standards, monitor guest balances and inventory, and maximize revenues to meet budgeted goals. Serve as first level contact for guest service issues and provide relief coverage for front desk, housekeeping, and other duties as needed. Oversee daily activities of 8 to 15 hourly associates.
