Role Description: As Account Associate for The Dawon Coleman Agency- State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services Assist customers with policy applications and renewals Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, friendly responses Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Contribute to team initiatives and participate in community outreach Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Experience in customer service or sales preferred A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others Must be licensed or willing to obtain state insurance licenses (we’ll help!)
