Cardiology Interventional physician job in Massachusetts : A regional health system north of Boston, with three campuses, is hiring an Interventional Cardiologist. Serving 13 cities and towns throughout the Merrimack Valley, the system delivers a full spectrum of high-quality care, from primary care to advanced specialty services in surgery, OB/GYN, cardiology, urology, and more. We deliver compassionate, patient-centered care appropriate for a diverse community population.About the opportunity:Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care with a focus on invasive and catheter-based diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.The physician will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular services tailored to the needs of a community hospital population. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, accessibility, teamwork, and commitment to quality and safety.Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including but not limited to: Coronary angiography, Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), including stent placement, and Management of acute coronary syndromes (STEMI and NSTEMI)Provide on-call interventional coverage as required for emergent cardiac cases.Evaluate and manage patients pre- and post-procedure, ensuring continuity of care.Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations.Participate in longitudinal management of cardiovascular conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, and valvular heart disease.Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists to ensure seamless transitions across care settings.Compensation/Benefits:Guaranteed base salary and incentive structure.Full benefits, including health, dental, retirement, CME allowance, malpractice coverage with tail, and paid time off.Community/Location:A historic city in Essex County along the Merrimack River, located about 25 miles north of Boston and just a few miles south of the New Hampshire border.Its estimated population is around 89,000 people, making it a culturally diverse urban center with deep industrial roots dating back to the 19th-century textile boom.The city is easily accessible via Interstate 495 and I-93, and regional transit includes the MBTA commuter rail to Boston.For air travel, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) are both roughly 30 miles away.JV Contact: Jennifer Viera Email: Phone: Web: Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
