Healthcare Systems QA Lead

Requirements

• 11 or more years of experience in quality assurance leadership, test management, and testing strategy execution.

• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) SaaS platform testing and complex clinical workflow validation.

• Experience with data validation, legacy data conversion, and ETL data pipeline testing.

• Experience in testing enterprise software integrations, HL7 or FHIR interfaces, and data feeds.

• Experience with test management platforms including Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira.

• Experience in regulatory compliance verification encompassing HIPAA, healthcare data security, and audit standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall quality assurance strategies, testing governance, and resource plans for enterprise SaaS implementations.

• Validate legacy system data migrations, patient record conversions, and ETL reconciliation reports.

• Oversee functional, system integration, regression, and end-to-end clinical workflow testing runs.

• Manage software defect lifecycles, triage meetings, and vendor release retesting procedures in Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Partner with clinical subject matter experts to design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and execution plans.

• Validate system interfaces, inbound and outbound data feeds, and downstream analytical reporting outputs.

• Author comprehensive test plans, requirements traceability matrices, and audit compliance documentation.
