Remote Veteran Client Advisor

What You'll Be Doing

Connect with veterans and families who requested information about available benefits

Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom

Walk clients through available supplemental benefit programs

Answer questions and guide individuals through enrollment and next steps

Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication

Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication

Deliver a professional, client-first experience centered on trust and service

Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and leadership development calls
