Dispatcher - Join a Fast-Paced Transportation Team! Location: Palatine, IL serving the Kildeer School DistrictSchedule: Afternoon - PM schedule Why This Role Stands Out Be the heartbeat of daily operations! As a Dispatcher, you'll keep buses moving, solve real-time challenges, and play a key role in delivering safe, reliable service to the community. What You'll Do
- Dispatch buses and manage daily routes for on-time performance
- Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues fast
- Monitor routes and make real-time decisions in a high-energy environment
- Handle busy phone and radio communication
- Support driver scheduling, coaching, and daily operations
- 3+ years of dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- CDL (or ability to obtain) preferred
