Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU / Med Surg – Contract

Facility: Wayne Memorial Hospital
Location: Honesdale, PA
Address: 601 Park Street, Honesdale, PA 18431
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Schedule: Every Other Weekend & Holidays Required
Pay Rate: $52 – $54/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,872 – $1,944/week
Start Date: ASAP

Wayne Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for its PCU/Med Surg unit. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients requiring progressive care and medical-surgical services, including assessment, treatment, monitoring, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Minimum recent PCU, Step Down, IMC, or Med Surg experience

• Experience caring for higher-acuity patients preferred

• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Must complete Pennsylvania fingerprinting prior to start date

• No pending compliance items permitted at start

• Active RN License

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher

• BLS Certification

• ACLS Certification

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification

• Unit: PCU / Med Surg

• EMR: Meditech

• Work Week: Saturday – Friday

• Scrubs: Any Color

• Local Travelers Accepted

• No Rate Difference for Local Travelers

• No Block Scheduling Available
