MATERNAL FETAL MEDICINE

The Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join our growing team. Memorial is a quaternary care regional referral center, serving a diverse population, with over 13,000 deliveries annually. Candidates must be BE/BC in MFM with robust knowledge and experience in ultrasound, fetal diagnostic testing, management of medical and surgical complications, and co‑morbidities in pregnancy. The position is employed with the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group. Responsibilities Perform prenatal diagnostic procedures, including amniocentesis Manage inpatient and outpatient co‑morbidities in pregnancy in conjunction with an Obstetrician Collaborate with subspecialists, particularly within maternal and fetal navigation programs Participate in deliveries and surgeries, especially accretas and cerclages, in partnership with a fetal surgery trained pediatric surgeon Engage in clinical research, including chorionic villus sampling, fetal procedures, and critical care projects Support resident and medical student education as part of Memorial’s ACGME‑accredited Ob/Gyn Residency Program Collaborate with high‑risk obstetric hospitalists in our Placental Accreta Center of Excellence and with the Pediatric Surgery Department of Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in developing a Fetal Care Center Qualifications Board certified in Maternal‑Fetal Medicine (BE/BC) Robust knowledge and experience in ultrasound and fetal diagnostic testing Experience managing medical and surgical complications and co‑morbidities in pregnancy Interest and passion for resident and medical student education Benefits Overview As part of the Memorial family, your well‑being is important to us.
