Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. We are hiring for clients in Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Camarillo . Daytime shifts are available, with immediate start opportunities for qualified applicants.

Position Overview

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will support clients in staying safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they know best: their own home. This position is a great fit for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to helping others with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

·        Provide companionship and friendly conversation.

·        Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.

·        Support clients with routine daily activities and personal care needs, as appropriate.

·        Provide medication reminders.

·        Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility support.

·        Offer transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed.

·        Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.

·        Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment.

Qualifications

·        Must be at least 18 years old.

·        Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray required.

·        Must pass a background check.

·        Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

·        Must be authorized to work in the United States.

·        1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required; training and support are provided.
