- Basic troubleshooting experience on Windows 10 and 11 \n
- Experience with deployment tools like SCCM / Intune \n
- Knowledge of end-user data backup tools \n
- Prior experience of working in Life Science industry and R&D labs (preferred) \n
- Good communication skills – client-facing role \n
Role Overview
\nSeeking a Field Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support, including data backup, Windows 11 upgrades, and basic troubleshooting for Windows 10 and 11 environments. The role requires experience with desktop management, deployment tools, and end-user applications.

- Basic troubleshooting on Windows 10 and 11 \n
- Use of deployment tools like SCCM / Intune \n
