Shift Manager – KFC (KBP Foods) Join the team as a Shift Manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) and lead a dedicated staff in delivering exceptional customer service at a bustling location. As a pivotal part of the restaurant’s success, you will uphold operational excellence and contribute to KFC’s renowned legacy. Responsibilities Lead and manage kitchen and service staff to meet customer expectations. Maintain operational standards, ensuring quality and safety. Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations. Support team development and promote a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects and stand/walk continuously for entire shifts. Additional Information Shift Manager compensation is commensurate with skill and experience; specific rates vary by location and other permitted factors.
