Warehouse Receiver

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiver to join our warehouse/production team. This role is responsible for ensuring all incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, documented, and properly stored in a safe and organized manner.
________________________________________Job SummaryThe Receiver plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
________________________________________Key Responsibilities
Receive and unload incoming shipments from carriers and suppliersInspect deliveries for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies
Verify items against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents
Document and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Properly label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
Maintain accurate inventory records using tracking systems or logsAssist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
Keep receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Communicate effectively with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding shipment issues
________________________________________Qualifications
Previous warehouse or receiving experience required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely (up to required weight limits)
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fast-paced warehouse or production setting
Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and moving materials

Schedule & Pay:
Full-time - 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Competitive Pay: $19.00
