CNA/HHA with Office Experience Needed for Busy Home Health Agency

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while supporting administrative functions, such as hiring and recruiting, providing fill-in coverage in the office or in the field, and other duties as the need arises. The ideal candidate will possess strong caregiving skills, be self-directed and detail-oriented, well-spoken, and at ease when communicating with clients, caregivers, and management. This individual should have flexibility, be personable, be organized, be compassionate, and be big-hearted. This position is essential in delivering personalized care to individuals across diverse settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and private residences. Qualifications: At least 2 years of caregiving experience. CNA/HHA Preferred, Comfortable with working in an office setting and transitioning to the field as needed. Proficient computer skills. Must be available Monday-Friday 7A-7P (You will work 40 hrs. a week within that time frame) This is a hybrid position you will spend equal time in the office and in the field. CPR certified. Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position. Must have a Florida Driver’s License, Auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Must possess excellent communication skills.
