Monday-Friday schedule 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No nights No weekends No holiday rotation

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $85,000-$110,000 annually Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium Dental and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage $50,000 life insurance policy 10 PTO days during year one 9 paid holidays 1 week paid sick time $250 annual wellness reimbursement SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match Health Savings Account and FSA options

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license REQUIRED Minimum 5 years RN experience REQUIRED Prior lead nurse or supervisory experience REQUIRED Primary care or outpatient clinical experience preferred Strong leadership and workflow management skills REQUIRED Comfortable overseeing nursing operations and staff support REQUIRED Strong communication and team collaboration skills REQUIRED
