Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid or eligible School Psychologist certification in New Jersey
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong skills in conducting assessments and delivering counseling services
• Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning space

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data to support student planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention strategies tailored to student needs
• Counsel students on academic, personal/social, and behavioral matters
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate in eligibility determinations
• Provide consultation to teachers and parents regarding student progress and strategies for support
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with applicable laws and school policies
