Account Executive, Wound Closure - Hartford Connecticut - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Surgery

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Account Executive to drive wound closure surgical solutions sales across assigned hospital territories in Connecticut. The role involves direct engagement with surgeons and healthcare decision-makers, with accountability for territory forecasts and customer relationship management in operating room environments.

Responsibilities

Grow healing and wound closure platform revenue within assigned sales territory and accounts
Demonstrate proper product use to clinicians in operating room settings and manage customer objections
Execute sales presentations and selling cycles in compliance with healthcare standards and company methodology
Analyze market data, conduct business planning, and set account priorities based on sales opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key physicians, hospital personnel, and distributors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
1+ years medical sales or healthcare business experience with demonstrated sales achievement
Valid United States driver's license
Hospital or operating room pharmaceutical/medical device sales experience preferred
Strong time management, planning, and customer negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
