• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations .
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the perioperative team.
• Monitor surgical budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency .
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and surgical care.
• Travel to various healthcare facilities for assignments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN required, MSN preferred) .
• Certification: Active RN license; CNOR or NE-BC certification preferred .
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in perioperative nursing , with 3+ years in a leadership role .
