What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care for surgical patients in the operating room setting
• Assess patient needs, develop, and implement perioperative care plans
• Assist and support surgical teams during procedures
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Document all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
• Maintain a focus on patient comfort, safety, and quality outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Prior OR nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively
