Member Experience Associate

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Anytime Fitness is the leading global fitness brand dedicated to transforming lives through health & fitness. We are seeking a highly motivated fitness enthusiast to join our team and represent our brand with passion and dedication. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player. This is a part-time, weekend-only position, with scheduled hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays . Additional hours may be available during the week at our Chelsea location and other nearby clubs. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness. RESPONSIBILITIES Communicating effectively with others Conducting gym tours Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym Membership sales Providing exceptional customer service Handling opening and closing Managing communications via phone, email, and text Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others QUALIFICATIONS Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor Genuine and honest personality Weekend availability Savvy with technology Self-motivated and proactive Some experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness is preferred Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license OTHER Hourly + performance bonus opportunities 401k with employer contributions Paid time-off Part-time Opportunity for growth Perks: gym membership Additional opportunities are available for candidates with a personal training certification and background JOIN US AND MAKE AN IMPACT Join our team at Anytime Fitness and be part of a community dedicated to improving lives through health and fitness.
