As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include: Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently Educate customers on their equipment and services Test signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standards Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance Accurately document completed work using mobile applications Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory Follow all company safety policies and procedures Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications What We're Looking For We're more interested in attitude than experience.
