Deliver one-on-one speech therapy interventions focusing on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.

Collaborate actively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, healthcare providers, caregivers, and family members to develop unified treatment strategies.

Provide education for patients and families to empower progress beyond the therapeutic sessions.

Occasionally conduct inpatient speech therapy evaluations and treatments, ensuring a cohesive continuum of care throughout their recovery processes.

Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that meets state, federal, and organizational standards.

Remain up-to-date with advancements in your field through ongoing education and team collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not been achieved.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the initial month of employment.
