The clinician will work with adults, couples, and families to address a range of mental health and relationship concerns, using clinical assessment and professional judgment to guide care.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platformComplete comprehensive intake assessments and identify presenting clinical concernsDevelop treatment goals and care plans in collaboration with clientsApply evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT and solution-focused interventions, as clinically appropriateMonitor client response to treatment and modify care plans when indicatedMaintain accurate progress notes, treatment updates, and clinical contacts within the EHRProvide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically necessaryMaintain confidentiality and comply with applicable New Jersey licensing, ethical, and professional requirements
