Overview Pay rate: $20.15/hr - $25.19/hr depending on background and experience. This position is eligible to participate in the Guitar Center Company bonus program based on Company performance. As our Lessons Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for all customers and students, by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, assisting customers with questions, and providing tours of the Lessons facility.
