Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $65 per hour

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access points, and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Accurately document all care activities in electronic health records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and dialysis best practices
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• At least 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, including ICU dialysis
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Experience with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work independently and adapt in acute care settings
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
