You will learn about our safety and quality programs while participating in our core competency of converting scrap aluminum into new aluminum ready to be used by our customers. Multiple shifts are available; however, all new employees will start on an 8 hour shift before moving to a 12 hour shift after the initial training is completed.What are the requirements? Come in ready to learn and work safe! It is necessary to be able to operate power equipment and follow work instructions. It is necessary to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
