The role involves leading a crew, maintaining standards, and supporting overall business performance. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. The Shift Manager performs a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Shift Manager Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications & Requirements Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule are sought. Applicants must be 18 years or older and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
