Location: Bolingbrook, IL – Hybrid; local candidates only
Pay Rate: $32/hr
Duration: Through 03/20/27
Schedule: 40 hours/week; Tuesday–Friday, with approximately 3 days onsite each week
Potential: The role may grow to 5 days/week onsite.

About the Role:
The Digital Asset Specialist will support the intake, organization, processing, quality control, and management of digital photo and video assets across Ulta Beauty’s studio and production workflows. This role works closely with Creative, Photography, Video, Retouching, and Production teams to ensure assets are accurately processed, properly tagged, organized, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily intake, processing, organization, and transfer of digital assets .
• Process files including naming, metadata tagging, keywording, and cataloging .
• Coordinate asset delivery between photographers, creative teams, retouchers, agencies, and production partners.
• Perform quality assurance checks on eCommerce/PDP assets, including image validation, cropping, sizing, color swatches, and naming conventions.
• Create composite product imagery and perform batch edits using Adobe Photoshop Actions and automation tools .
• Manage large-scale image and video libraries across servers, Frame.io, Frontify , and other digital asset platforms.
• Support image research and retrieval requests and compile assets for business reviews and creative presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset management workflows and efficiency .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience .
• 3+ years of experience in digital asset management or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop and Bridge .
• Experience with batch processing and Photoshop Actions .
• Experience with DAM systems and digital file management.
• Understanding of metadata standards and image optimization workflows .
• Experience with platforms such as Capture One, Frame.io, Frontify, Global Edit, or similar is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and quality control .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment .
• Strong technical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
