General Foreman in San Antonio

We are a fun, fast growing general contractor in San Antonio that specializes in working on projects for the Department of Defense (DoD). We are actively hiring for a General Foreman in the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple self-performing crews
Staff
Train
Test crew members
Assess skill-levels
Improve and create new company standards for:

Carpentry
Concrete
Finishes
Other trades

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge in Carpentry and Concrete
Can lead self-performing crews
Prior Journeyman, Foreman and General Foreman experience
Great leader, respectful and humble
Knowledgeable in Lean Construction or willing to learn Lean Construction
Willing to travel to non-local job-sites

Preferred:

Prior DoD Project experience (Air Force, Navy, Army, among others)
Stable work-history
Local to San Antonio
Familiar with Lean Construction
