Full-time positions available in our Award-Winning Service Department. GM Experience Preferred. Excellent customer service. Strong communication skills. GM training and transmission experience a plus. DOT medical clearance a plus. Must be 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy. Responsibilities Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work outside the shop as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty. Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication. Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair. Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers. Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate. Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Maintain an organized work area. Pay: $24-$48 per hour depending on experience.
