Summer Youth Camp Director

you are responsible for all of the Summer Camp Ministry, including developing the camp schedule, overseeing the Camp budget, hiring and managing summer staff, attending NLOMA conferences, developing camp programming, working with the Lead Pastor and DCE(s) on Camp theme and religion, overseeing Camp operation, advertising Camps, and building relationships with other churches.
