Key Responsibilities * Work in a hospital-based outpatient environment. * Utilize an EMR system integrated with all healthcare providers in the region. * Practice hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. * Focus on personalized patient care. * Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions. * No double bookings or overlapping appointments. * Schedule driven by therapists. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you will provide medically prescribed therapy services aimed at evaluating, treating, and restoring function, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities. You will deliver patient-centered care in line with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices. * Conduct patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments. * Create and implement tailored treatment plans. * Administer therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional enhancement. * Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery objectives. * Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes. * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. * Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards. Qualifications * Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate). * Valid state Physical Therapy license. * Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire, with maintenance required.
