Sr. Project Manager-Transportation

Civil Engineer, Sr. Project Manager-Transportation (PE Required) Full‑time exempt, Professional – Lake Oswego, OR, US & Kirkland, WA. US PACE Engineers, a Verdantas Company, is a Pacific Northwest engineering firm providing civil and structural engineering, planning, surveying, and construction management services from offices in Washington and Oregon. Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects across the Pacific Northwest. Oversee technical design, project delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and business development activities. Engage internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating effectively in written and verbal formats. Influence, persuade, and sell ideas to advance internal processes or external products and services. Delegate effectively, train, and develop team members as needed. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. PE License in WA and/or OR or ability to obtain within 60 days. At least 15+ years of transportation engineering experience with demonstrated project management leadership. Proven experience managing multi‑discipline transportation projects including planning, design, and delivery. Strong competency with transportation design principles, project development processes, and relevant engineering software (MicroStation, Civil3D, OpenRoads). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders. Track record of business development involvement or client relationship building. Compensation Salary Range: $138,000 – $182,000.
