Jefferson Health - 1101 Market Street - Responsibilities: Assist physicians and clinicians with patient flow and vital signs during telehealth and in-home visits; Perform phlebotomy, injections, and other diagnostic procedures as needed; Maintain and order clinical supplies for the office; Serve as liaison to clinicians to ensure patient satisfaction and proper identification for visits; Support HIPAA privacy and security requirements and document medical history information
