OTO Development seeks a Multimedia Manager to be part of a leading-edge marketing and digital strategy team, providing shared services across The Johnson Group. This individual will oversee and produce multi-platform content including presentations, video, web, social media, and print . Based in the companys corporate office in Spartanburg, SC, the Multimedia Manager will be the responsible for the following:

Media Content Production

• Graphic design and custom imagery
• Brand identity creation to include guidelines, logos, etc.
• Photography for presentations, web, and social media
• Short-form videos for presentations, web, and social media

Website Creation and Management

• Copywriting
• SEO
• Graphic design

General responsibilities include:

• Bachelors degree in journalism, marketing, graphic design, digital media, or related field
• Strong content creation skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated experience in Canva and Adobe programs, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Familiarity with website creation and analytics tools, specifically Wix
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects at one time and work independently
• Understand internet marketing fundamentals and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Successful candidate will work daily in the Spartanburg, SC home office

Physical Requirements for this Position

This is a largely sedentary role; however, you must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.

Travel Requirements

This position requires up to 30% travel. Travel is outside the local area and overnight.
