Direct Care Professional
We are actively hiring Direct Care Professionals for multiple residential shifts supporting youth in our care.
Current Openings:
- 1st Shift: MondayFriday 7am3pm
- 2nd Shift A: Sunday 10am10pm, MondayWednesday 2pm10pm
- 2nd Shift B: WednesdayFriday 2pm10pm, Saturday 10am10pm
Overview: Boys & Girls Haven is seeking dependable, compassionate staff to work directly with youth in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining structure, and supporting youth through daily routines and behavioral growth.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routines
- Support behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approaches
- Maintain a safe, structured environment
- Assist with meals, hygiene, school routines, and activities
- Transport youth to appointments and community activities
- Administer medications (as trained)
- Document daily interactions and incidents
Pay & Benefits:
- $18.00 $20.82/hour
- Retention bonuses up to $1,000
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
Requirements:
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
