Our culture combines the energy and flexibility of a start-up with the opportunity to develop and advance a career based on your strengths and interests.The KBF GRAYBOX Digital Marketing team is looking for a Project Manager with proven experience successfully managing a variety of digital consulting engagements.Candidates should have well developed skills for running digital marketing, creative, and website projects, are comfortable engaging people with a variety of skill sets to see a project to completion, and operate with a combination of strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a devotion to superior client service.ResponsibilitiesManage project, retainer, and ad hoc request deliverables with detailed attention to timelines, scope, budget, and qualityTracking and reporting on health metrics to proactively ensure successful executionEngage in active and creative mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with team members to allocate resources and avoid roadblocksPlan & maintain project schedules and resource plans using project management softwareProactively identify potential problems and provide thoughtful solutionsManage regular communications with clients about project health, milestones, and budgetsEnsure project team has the resources it needs to meet project goalsMaintain a confident and informed voice for both our clients and our internal teamsFoster a detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilitiesQualifications & RequirementsAt least 4 years professional project management experienceAt least 2 years of agency experience leading teams across multiple disciplines in full service creative, digital marketing, web development, and ecommerce projectsPassionate problem-solving attitude and approach to daily tasksSuccessful candidates will be independent, self-motivated, and dependableAbility to guide clients through the nuances of work for the primary service areas of the businessAbility to juggle multiple work streams simultaneously and successfully.Comfortable with frequent interruption and the ability to switch gears easily without disrupting a positive dispositionEqually driven to both lead teams and learn from themPossess proven technical and personal communication skills that effectively facilitate project conversations and goals between our clients and internal teams.Ability to maintain composed focus under pressure while adapting to changing project needsEstablished skills to understand and help produce technical requirements and documentationHighly communicative, responsible, thoughtful and fun to work withIndividuals must be eligible to work in the U.S.Preference will be given to candidates in Portland, ORTO APPLY Please include your resume and cover letter.The salary range for this position reflects various factors that influence compensation decisions, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, licensure, geographic location, and other organizational requirements. At KBF Advisory, it is uncommon for a candidate to be hired at the high end of the salary range, as compensation is based on the unique qualifications and circumstances of each individual.
