Part-Time Commercial Cleaners & Maintenance Technicians

Job Description

Job Description

Starting pay: $15 per hour

Want to pick up extra hours without signing your whole week away?

B&D Cleaning Services is hiring part-time commercial cleaners and maintenance technicians for weekday, evening, and weekend work. We’re building a dependable pool of part-time team members and reserves—not asking everyone to work 40 hours a week.

Whether you’re looking for regular assignments or occasional extra hours, we’d like to meet you. Some opportunities may grow into full-time or long-term work.

What you’ll do

Our work primarily involves commercial cleaning and maintenance. We also occasionally clean houses, so assignments may include residential spaces.

We’re looking for people who notice the details, take care of clients’ property, and finish the job properly. Dust doesn’t get a pass just because it found a good hiding spot.

Why work with B&D?

• Make your own schedule by choosing available assignments that fit your availability.
• Pick up weekday, evening, or weekend hours.
• Enjoy a laid-back environment with people who care about their work.
• Participate in friendly competitions, earn bonuses, and join company parties.
We like having fun, but we also keep our promises to clients. Once you accept an assignment, we count on you to show up and do it well.

You’ll fit in here if you:

• Are dependable and punctual.
• Take pride in your work.
• Are honest when something goes wrong.
• Bring a good attitude and help others.
• Accept feedback and keep improving.
• Have reliable transportation and vehicle insurance.
Our core values: Work Hard. Be Honest. Have a Good Attitude. Never Give Up. Help Out.

How to apply

Apply with an accurate email address and phone number so we can contact you about the next steps. Our hiring process begins with a Monday or Wednesday group interview, followed by a one-on-one interview for selected applicants.

Come ready to work, learn, and occasionally compete for bragging rights.
