Machine Operator – Fort Wayne, IN Job Summary: Pro Resources is seeking a Machine Operator to provide back‑up and assistance to the machine operator through various tasks such as material handling, packaging, labeling, etc. The position is located in Fort Wayne, IN and involves 12 rotating shifts (2/2/3 days, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.). Pay: $19 per hour. Duties / Responsibilities Set up machine and area for effective machine operation, including, but not limited to, retrieving material using a forklift, cutting cores, and splicing material. Package material in accordance with appropriate work order. Keep area clean and comply with all safety rules and requirements. Complete paperwork including production reports and calculations. May be required to operate the machine when operator is on break, absent, or on vacation. Help peel back packages as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor, lead operator, or operator. Requirements Up to 75 lbs lifting. At least 2 years of machining experience. Dress attire: shirts tucked in, no loose clothing, no jewelry, hair tied back, no hoodies, masks, steel‑toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection (strict dress code policy).
