Licensure/Certifications: Active State License as required

Experience: Prior LTC or rehab experience preferred

Pay Rate: $38.86/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Perform manual therapy techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT to modify treatment plans
• Document all treatments and patient responses accurately in electronic health records
• Offer counseling to patients and families about physical conditions and recovery plans
• Support compliance with regulatory and clinical policies during all procedures
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist

What You Need

• Active State Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Prior experience in LTC or rehabilitative settings preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience with manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices
