Machine Operator

Location - Boring, OR

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to form metal components to precise tolerances
• Perform bump forming and other advanced forming techniques as required by job specifications
• Interpret and work from complex blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Select appropriate tooling and make accurate adjustments for material type and thickness
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, etc.)
• Troubleshoot forming issues and make process improvements as needed
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet schedules and maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Demonstrated expertise in bump forming and complex forming operations
• Strong CNC press brake knowledge, including setup and tooling selection
• Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality inspection methods
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude
• Experience with hand tools and general fabrication processes
• Welding or plasma cutting experience is a plus, but not required

Environment / Shift:

• Metal fabrication shop
• Day & Swing shift - 5am to 3:30pm, Mon-Thur or 3pm to 1:30am, Mon-Thur

This is a Permanent position based out of Boring, OR.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Effective after 60 days of employee, 1st day of the month FSA 100% medical for employee. Option for spouse and dependents at 50% $4000 deductible, $8000 for family Cigna Health Med, dental, vision Short & Long-term disability 401k match up to 4% of annual gross pay ****Bonuses: Marks Brothers has a quarterly and annual bonus plan that all employees participate in. When the company achieves a 10% net operating income for the quarter, employees receive a 5% bonus based on the following calculation: (Regular Pay + Holiday Pay + PTO Pay) × 5% In addition, when the company achieves a 10% annual net operating income, employees receive an additional 5% annual bonus.

This is a fully onsite position in Boring,OR.
