Clinical Pharmacist: Optimize Drug Therapy & Patient Care

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Phoenix seeks a licensed clinical pharmacist to analyze drug therapies and implement corrective actions for optimal patient care. Responsibilities include reviewing medication orders, communicating with healthcare staff, monitoring therapies, and ensuring safe distribution of medications in accordance with VA policies.
