We need an expert in the art and science of customer service--someone equally as comfortable greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between our customers and our service techs.Our programs are designed to improve your life at work and at home.Health, Vision, and Dental InsurancePaid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employmentPaid TrainingCareer Advancement401(K) and profit sharingCompensation based on experience and performance: $50K up to $200K!ResponsibilitiesAttitude is everything—greet service department customers promptly and courteouslyListen to each customer and articulate repair needs to techsPresent recommended/additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methodsProvide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costsAdherence to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operationFollow up on each repair and keep customers informed of the progressSell and manage extended warrantiesInspect repair quality and ensure that all work is completeNotify customers when vehicles are ready for pickupReview and explain repairs and associated costs to customersHandle minor customer concerns and complaintsKeep the Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problemsMaintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by dealership standardsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Service Advisor is preferredReynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS proficiency preferredMust have strong customer communication skills both in-person and on the phoneStrong organizational skillsMust be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervisionComply with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies regarding the safeguarding of all customer, company, and manufacturer information, as well as customers' vehicles and propertyAuthorized to work in the USAAbility to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and drug screeningMust have a valid driver's licenseOur company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates.
