Key Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will undertake a variety of critical tasks that contribute to our clients’ well-being and the overall goals of our organization:

- Conduct detailed and personalized assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients facing challenges related to substance use and mental health. \n
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring each session is tailored to the individual's specific circumstances and objectives. \n
- Develop, implement, and continually adjust comprehensive service plans that support clients in achieving their goals, fostering their independence and resilience. \n
- Actively advocate for clients' rights and access to resources, navigating complex systems to eliminate barriers that may hinder their recovery process. \n
- Engage in program development and evaluation activities, contributing insights and feedback that help shape and improve services provided. \n
- Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance the scope and quality of services offered. \n
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities that uphold our commitment to professional development and teamwork. \n
You will primarily work with individuals and families who are seeking assistance in managing substance use issues, mental health challenges, and related socio-emotional factors. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this essential role, you must possess:

- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
