Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Role Overview: The Unit Manager - LPN is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe care. Provide professional supervision and guidance to non-professional staff. Identify staff educational needs and coordinate training with the Nurse Educator. Oversee medication management, ensuring proper handling and supplies in line with policies. Deliver direct patient care alongside other nurses to maintain clinical skills. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited LPN program with current licensure in the state. At least one year of nurse management experience. Current BLS/CPR certification.
