What You’ll Do :
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, from inventory to team management.
- Help lead a team that’s committed to outstanding service and a welcoming customer experience.
- Work hands-on across different departments, including the deli, grocery, and fuel services.
- Step in to solve customer concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Manage scheduling, training, and ongoing team development.
- Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and community pride in the store.
- Assist with financial duties like cash handling and reporting.
What We’re Looking For :
- Previous leadership experience in retail, food service, or grocery preferred.
- A people-first attitude — you love working with customers and helping your team succeed.
- Organized and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
