Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (state or national).
• Experience working in a resource room or similar setting is highly preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction to students with a variety of learning needs, 20 hours per week.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school protocols.
