You will partner closely with Life Consultants and families to ensure each person receives exceptional, individualized support in a safe and empowering environment.Leadership & Team ManagementLead, supervise, coach, and develop DSP team membersManage staffing schedules and ensure proper support ratiosConduct hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and performance managementFacilitate monthly team meetings and promote a collaborative cultureManage payroll, scheduling adjustments, PTO requests, and staffing coverageProvide on-call leadership support as scheduledPerson-Centered SupportEnsure services align with each individual's goals, dreams, and Individual Service PlanAdvocate for dignity, choice, independence, and community engagementSupport meaningful activities including recreation, fitness, education, hobbies, and social opportunitiesRespond calmly and effectively to behavioral or medical crisesHome & Program OperationsMaintain safe, clean, and welcoming home environmentsMonitor compliance with medication administration, documentation, safety drills, and regulatory standardsOversee household budgets, participant funds, LINK cards, and supply managementEnsure DSP training requirements and certifications remain currentHands-On LeadershipWork a minimum of one direct support shift weekly to stay connected to home operations and provide service modelingProvide support coverage as needed to ensure continuity of careWhat Makes This Role MeaningfulAt Aspire, community homes are places where people build relationships, discover new opportunities, and experience genuine belonging.
