Territory Sales Manager - Home Improvement, Lawn & Garden

We the Wild is fast becoming the go-to gardening brand for the next generation. We’re looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to help grow our retail business across home improvement, lawn and garden, distributors, and multi-door garden center accounts. This role will report into the National Sales Manager, and is an opportunity to join a growing company at an exciting stage. What You’ll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of retail and distributor accounts across the home improvement and lawn and garden channels Build strong relationships with buyers, store managers, merchandisers, and distributor partners Support the day‑to‑day execution required to help accounts succeed, including campaign setup, promotions, launches, follow‑up, and issue resolution Support account activity on Faire, including promotions, communication, order coordination, and customer service Run product training sessions for retail staff and distributor teams to improve product knowledge and drive sell‑through Partner with accounts to support merchandising, in‑store execution, and overall account performance Identify opportunities to grow existing business and win new accounts across the territory Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers are supported quickly and well Keep account activity, follow‑up, and sales opportunities organized and moving forward What We’re Looking For Experience in territory sales, account management, or retail sales support in home improvement, lawn and garden or related channels Strong relationship‑building skills with both head office buyers and store‑level teams Experience working with distributors, independent retailers, garden centers, or multi‑location retail accounts Comfortable using Faire as a support and execution tool Confident running product training sessions and representing a brand in front of customers Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑through Someone who is comfortable being hands‑on and takes pride in getting the details right A builder mindset and excitement about joining a company in growth mode Why This Role This is a chance to come in early and make a real impact.
