Youth & Family Foster Care Case Manager

The Seattle YMCA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support families in the CPA and BRS programs across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. You will coordinate services, lead care plans, and ensure quality case management for youth in foster care while guiding the Case Management team. Requires a Bachelor’s in social work or related field, 2+ years in youth/family services, crisis de-escalation skills, and strong communication.
